Nanga Matu 18/5

Ear was painful this morning. Took 2 ibuprofen and 2 something else that Maria gave me. I think its starting to get better now..not going to the project site today though, don't want to get water or anything in it that will screw it up even more!

Dave and Catherine returned, turned out they couldn't get back even though they were told they could..typical Indonesians.

At dinner Catherine appeared out her room with balloons and a cake!! I had to run to her to blow them out as she was shouting 'QUICK THEY'RE BURNING ME!!' They had bought loads of snacks and 'birthday champagne!' (orange and lychee squash :P ) So I ended up on a massive sugar high and stayed up til 10pm! (Usually go to bed about 8.30..days are exhausting.) I played guitar with Ido who is 17, he played me happy birthday, I have a video of it, will post when I can. Also played lots of cards with 2 kids Depsi and Priyanto :) and Maria and Boone.

So I practically had 2 birthdays! :) awesome.
