Camp Leakey (the second visit) 10/6

Arrived at Camp Leakey last night, guess who was already sleeping on the jetty, yup, Siswi. Dawn and I still slept on it though, I prefer it to the boat, I like looking up at the moon and stars in bed.

Got woken up at twat o'clock though..5.20 am, by Dawn telling me Siswi had woken up so we had to get up. She hung around for a while then left. It was a chill out day, which was nicem went to the feeding then played volleyball. I returned to find out Siswi had been playing with my pants that were drying on the jetty. So I have to wash them again -_- cheers, Siswi.

It was really nice to end the project at Camp Leakey, I love seeing the Orangutans. Yesterday Siswi gathered some leaves together and was just wandering about with them on her head. Every few metres they'd fall off so she'd have to put them back on! Maybe she thought it was going to rain?!



I had one last play on my guitar, got everyone to sign it, and left it at the camp. I was so sad to leave it. On the journey back on the boat I just wanted to pick it up and play!! But I'm glad I left it there, hopefully I will go back in a few years time and it will still be there :)
